We have extensive experience working with products from a wide range of manufacturers, including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Lenze, Gefran, Omron, Baldor, Pilz and Trio Motion.
We undertake projects of all sizes, and can handle them in their entirety – from design and wiring to software development and commissioning. For projects with significant installation content, we have experience of hiring and directing installation teams.
Alternatively, we can provide technical support as an extension to your own in-house engineering resources for any part of a project.
In addition to project implementation, we have a long track record of working with and advising machine builders on the selection of motors, sensors and actuators at the concept and design stages, and preparing design and software specifications.
Since our company was founded in 2012, JDCA have built a solid base of over 50 satisfied customers. Many of these customers have been gained through recommendations, some through referrals made by contacts built up within the automation equipment supplier industry. We are pleased that many of our customers return to JDCA for help with their projects time and time again.
These customers and projects have ranged from end users with a single machine breakdown or on-going support requirements, to machine builders with a worldwide customer base and as many as a dozen projects per year requiring our involvement.
When customer requirements have dictated that we commission machinery at its end user’s site, we have found ourselves in locations as diverse as Switzerland, Dubai, India and China.
Our original concept was a partnership that would double our individual strengths whilst offering a flexible approach to sometimes complex and dynamic customer requirements. It’s a concept that continues to work well for our customers and for ourselves.
Where projects demand, we work jointly as a team to provide the necessary resource to bring a job to conclusion on time and within budget. At other times we work independently on separate projects, whilst at the same time providing the necessary support to enable our partner to focus properly on their project in hand.
We would consider UK machine manufacturers to be our prime customers and the core of our business. We have some solid, ongoing relationships with these OEMs and enjoy the varied and interesting work that they continue to provide. In return we always aim to provide a good value, reliable service. We hope that we can continue to attract this kind of business.
We are proud to be approaching our 200th project, a milestone that seems to have come about very quickly. We look forward to many more projects in the future.
